At Relaxation -N- Rejuvenation I treat clients by using touch to manipulate the muscles and other soft tissues of the body. This touch helps to relieve pain, heal injuries, improve circulation, relieve stress, increase relaxation, and aid in the general wellness of my clients. At Relaxation -N- Rejuvenation I will be providing the relaxation massages using Swedish techniques, hot stones, and some reflexology. I also have a chair to do a chair massages when the client is unable to get on the table and lay or would who prefer this type of a massage.
